In Holomot Park HaYam, a four-room apartment on a high floor sold for ₪3.1 million on 8 January 2026. Its card shows 97 m², with identical net and gross figures. A five-room apartment on a high floor with 118 m² on the same basis sold for ₪3.6 million on 5 May.
The difference between these examples is ₪500,000 in total price, one room and 21 m² of the stated area. When choosing in Holomot, consider how the additional room and layout meet the family’s needs.
