SEA Tower: a higher apartment price with a lower price per square meter
In SEA Tower, a four-room apartment with 106 m² of registered area on a low floor sold for ₪3.39 million on 29 January 2026. Another, with 125 m² on a middle floor, sold for ₪3.9 million on 10 February. The total price was ₪510,000 higher, and the area was 19 m² larger.
The larger apartment’s price per registered square meter was lower: ₪31,200 compared with approximately ₪32,000. When choosing in SEA Tower, it is useful to compare both the total amount and what the additional budget provides. The ₪3.9 million sale price was confirmed by Joffe Realty.
