A four-room apartment on a high floor of HaYam Tower, with 109 m² of registered area, appeared in the listing history at ₪3.92 million in early January 2025. Following several reductions, the asking price reached ₪3.3 million on 6 May. It sold for ₪3.25 million on 4 June. Joffe Realty confirmed the match between the listing and the sold apartment.
The gap from the earlier recorded asking price was ₪670,000. Of this, ₪620,000 came from reductions to the listing itself, and ₪50,000 from the difference between the ₪3.3 million asking price and the sale. Joffe Realty therefore considers the complete price history: it shows how this HaYam apartment’s affordability changed, without incorrectly presenting the whole difference as a negotiated discount.
