Yam Tower: a four-room apartment sold ₪100,000 below the asking price
In Yam Tower, also known as White Tower, a four-room apartment on a middle floor was offered at ₪3.65 million following the price change on 15 December 2025. Its description included a 16 m² balcony, a 6 m² storage room and a wide parking space. The sale on 9 February 2026 was for ₪3.55 million; the transaction records 118 m² measured for municipal tax, or arnona.
The difference from that asking price was ₪100,000, or 2.7%. This case helps buyers assess White Tower listings through specific comparables and sale terms. The same percentage reduction cannot be assumed for other apartments. Joffe Realty confirmed the match between the listing and the sale.
