In Electra, a four-room apartment with 104 m² of registered area on a high floor sold for ₪3.9 million on 24 April 2025. An apartment with the same room count and registered area on a middle floor sold for ₪3.75 million on 25 August. The two sales differ by ₪150,000.
These are more relevant references for a four-room Electra listing than an average across all apartment types in the tower. However, the sales are four months apart and other features may differ.
