Azorim: two 130 m² five-room apartments with a ₪220,000 difference
In Azorim, a five-room apartment with 130 m² of registered area on a middle floor sold for ₪3.55 million on 25 January 2026. Another apartment with the same registered area on a high floor sold for ₪3.77 million on 9 February. The difference was ₪220,000.
These two sales give Azorim buyers comparable references for area and room count. However, the entire gap cannot automatically be treated as a floor premium: layout, view, condition and sale terms matter too. Joffe Realty’s analysis links every amount to the individual apartment and sale date.
